Marketplace Events recently surveyed home show attendees during the pandemic and found that more than 53 percent of consumers are planning to do a room renovation, such as kitchen or bath. Nearly 70 percent are interested in comparing pricing, with 45 percent planning on spending more than $5,000. Interest in all home improvement project categories is higher than the previous year, with home more important than ever to consumers.
