The I Know Jax Cooking Stage featured a number of local chefs whipping up delicious dishes, starting on Thursday with Ben Taylor of Taylor Tacos and winding up on Sunday with a “Chopped”-style cook-off. The company, a longtime partner of the Jacksonville Home & Patio Show, recently created a water feature habitat for the feline residents at the Catty Shack, located on Jacksonville's Northside.
